Plywood
Itaply are plywood panels made with Radiata Pine veneers, previously classified. The panel construction is made by an uneven number of plies, oriented perpendicular to the fiber, joined by a WBP phenol-formaldehyde adhesive, which gives the necessary stability and strength to our panels. The panel moisture content, once produced, is between 8% and 10% and has low pollutant emissions, thus complying with the standard E-1.
The plywood mill currently has certified the products under the standards of PS1-09, CE2+ and FSC, in order to offer a product that meets international standards.

Panels that have the main face sanded, easy to handle, and ideal for use in furniture, coatings and any other application that requires a face free of knots. It has a very good dimensional stability and physical-mechanical resistance.

Panels with both faces sanded, without open defects, easy to handle and ideal for use in concrete formwork such as walls, slabs and general construction applications. Panels with very good dimensional stability and physical-mechanical resistance.

Panel designed for various applications, mainly in the construction area. Have their faces without sanding with open defects such as cracks, splits, knots and holes. With very good dimensional stability and physical-mechanical resistance, is ideal for use as roof and floor bases, interior lining, closures and packaging.

Panel design for coating on partition, masonry and similar, with both decorative and structural applications. It can show synthetic patches or open defects, depending on the quality of the request face. With three different profiles, it allows the panels to assembly easily and with a continuous design.

Solid side panel coated with resin that allows more applications in formwork. It is edge sealed from the mill with a moisture resistant paint, it is resistant to abrasion and impact.
It is recommended for works that have a high number of reuses, especially in formwork systems. If the panel is cut or resized, the edges must by sealed with moisture resistant paint. It is not recommended for applications requiring exposed concrete. Additionally, cleaning the surface of the panels after each use is essential, either with a hunid cloth, wood or plastic spatula. Under no circumstances use metal or sharp objects that may damage the panel surface.
Before the first use and after each application, the panel must be prepared using a suitable release agent into the surface.
