The particle board panels are manufactured on the basis of pressed wood particles, composed of three layers, pressing in a continuous process, resulting in a homogeneous and smooth surface, in a wide variety of formats. The wood particles are joined using an adhesive based on urea-formaldehyde. A paraffin wax emulsion is further added in order to make the panels more resistant to the moisture.

Particle board panels are easy to manipulate and ideal for use in carpentry and furniture as it can be cut, drilled, screwed, nailed and sized with common tools.

PB PANEL

Panel manufactured by particles based on Radiata pine, joined with adhesive urea. Their use is generally for indoor and dry environments.
